Admissions Process

Considering transferring to Eustace?

Discover how to join our community as a transfer student.
Transfer Timeline: The admissions committee prefers to review transfer candidates (entering grades 9-11) for the semester break in January or at the start of a new school year in September.
School Visit:  We encourage all prospective candidates and families to visit campus.  We hold an annual Open House in the fall and Crusader for a Day visits throughout the school year. The admissions committee is also happy to schedule a private family tour upon request.
Steps to Apply: The admissions committee will need the following materials completed before reviewing an applicant’s file:
  1. Complete Application - Prospective candidates should complete the online application and create a myEustace Admissions Portal account.
  2. Submit Transcript – A copy of the candidate’s official transcript, along with the most recent report card or progress report from the current academic year, may be uploaded through the myEustace Admissions Portal or emailed to admissions@eustace.org.
  3. Statement of Good Standing – A Statement of Good Standing is required from an administrator at the candidate’s current or most recent school.  A downloadable form is available in your myEustace Admissions Portal and may be provided to the administrator for completion.
  4. Teacher Recommendation – At at least one teacher recommendation is required, preferably from a Math or English teacher. Recommendations can be requested through your myEustace Admissions Portal, or you may download the recommendation form and ask a teacher to complete it on your behalf.
  5. Standardized test scores – Please submit any standardized test scores from the last two years.
  6. Transfer Student Entrance Test – Transfer candidates are not required to take the High School Placement Test, as they are already enrolled in high school. However, an on-campus entrance assessment may be required for prospective transfer applicants. This assessment measures competency in Mathematics and English, including reading comprehension and a writing component.
  7. Interview – Transfer applicants must complete an interview with the Principal, Vice-Principal, or another designated school administrator. The interview is an important component of the admissions review and is intended to assess the applicant’s readiness, interests, and alignment with the school’s mission and community standards. Once all required materials have been received, a member of the admissions committee will contact the family to schedule the interview.
