Summer Immersion Program 2014
The transition from middle to school to high school can be daunting. The expectations of being a Eustace student add to this challenge. This summer will mark the beginning of our Summer Immersion Program in English and math for incoming freshmen (more).

Give your child a taste of Eustace this summer with Eustace Advantage
Incoming Freshmen can attend for 50% off
Students entering grades 7 through 9 can experience what it's like to be a Crusader this summer with the Eustace Advantage, a three-week program designed to review and strengthen skills needed for academic success.  Students will experience academic life at Bishop Eustace with classes in English, Science, Social Studies, Mathematics and Technology.  Students entering ninth grade will meet faculty and fellow classmates before classes officially begin in September.  As a special welcome to all members of the Class of 2018, all incoming Eustace Freshmen can attend the program for 50% off the regular tuition for the program.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact Mr. Marquart, the Program Director, or Mr. Milicia, the Assistant Director.  Space is limited, so sign up today!

Catholic Charities Service Project
In imitation of Jesus Christ and in the spirit of St. Vincent Pallotti, we are all called to live the gospel by serving those in extraordinary need.  At their spring assembly Bishop Eustace Preparatory School proudly recognized several students who have responded to this call with compassion, enthusiasm, and outstanding commitment.  (more)

Tuition Payments through FACTS

We are pleased to announce a new streamlined process for paying tuition. Beginning with school year 2014-2015, tuition payments will be processed utilizing the FACTS online account system. All new families or families not previously enrolled in a FACTS payment plan are required to set up an online account by Thursday, 01 May 2014 to ensure proper billing for the 2014-2015 academic year. Letters have been sent out to those responsible for tuition payments with the details. See the link located on the lower right hand section of the homepage which will get you started with opening your own personal FACTS account.

Carnival Prizes Needed

Black and White Week will be held April 28 to May 1, and Student Council members are busy making preparations for what should be an exciting week of events. The highlight of the week in past years has been the School Carnival held during the School Picnic, and we are once again asking for your help in stocking our “prize tent.”
In our previous carnivals, thanks to your generous donations, students were able to choose from gift cards to area stores and restaurants (a definite favorite!), fun dollar store items, stuffed animals, summer beach supplies, and dorm room necessities.  If you have any items that you would like to donate to the prize tent – big or small, new or gently used – we’d love to have them! All donations should be brought to Mrs. Williams’s office by April 28 (drop off before Easter break if possible). Thanks for your support!

Two Ways to Win a Grand Candy Cake

The SLA’s Black & White Paper Airplane Competition will “take off” on Tuesday, April 29, after school in the library. The person who flies the most paper airplanes through a hula hoop in one minute is a winner in Category I. In Category II, the person whose single paper airplane is judged best of show by a panel of judges is also a winner. Contest guidelines are available now at the Circulation Desk. Please register by April 11.  Winners receive a Grand Candy Cake compliments of the Student Library Association.

BEPA Bishop Eustace's Brick Campaign Continues
Be one of the first to have a brick permanently installed at Bishop Eustace. Print the form and don't delay. Your brick can celebrate a birthday, graduation, or  other occasion. It can leave a lasting message about the B.E. faculty, staff, or sports team.   It can honor a classmate, family member or anyone who shaped your Eustace experience. Commemorate achievements and legacies for future generations of Crusaders to see.
This campaign is being coordinated by Bishop Eustace Parents Association.  Any questions contact
