H.S. in compliance with the October 30, 1987 Federal Register Part III EPA C-40 CFR Part 763 and August 2, 1988 Federal Register EPA ( 40 CFR Part 763.98 Category A ), is informing you in this Annual Status Report of the Status of the Asbestos Management Plan and Major Asbestos Release if any. In the last School year September 1, 2002 to July 31, 2003 there has been no Major asbestos Release or removal at the School. The Three-Year Re-inspection of the School Buildings was executed in May 2001 and a letter of Assurance was forwarded to the New Jersey Department of Health, Division of Occupational and Environmental Health Service as required by AHERA. A copy of the School’s Asbestos Management Plan is available for your inspection, providing a five (5) working day, written advance notice is given to the principal, or for a nominal fee $ 25.00 to cover the coast of copying, you may request a copy of the Asbestos Management Plan for your Keeping. Two weeks after a request has been made, the Asbestos Management plan will be ready for pick up.
